WHAT PRODUCTS DOES AYA MODESTY OFFER?

Aya Modesty offers a carefully selected range of hijabs designed to combine comfort, elegance and practicality. Our collections include Luxe Premium Jersey, Liquid Jersey, Bamboo Modal and Instant Hijabs in a variety of colours.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select your preferred item, colour and quantity, then add it to your basket. Once payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

HOW MUCH DOES UK DELIVERY COST?

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £25 after discounts. All other available delivery methods and prices are displayed at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

For hygiene reasons, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene tag or seal has been removed. Eligible returns must remain unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original packaging and hygiene tag fully intact.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please email info.ayamodesty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are not excluded by our hygiene policy, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

WHY MAY THE COLOUR LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT?

Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
